He is widely respected and known for delivering valuation services on larger and more complicated residential and commercial engagements. Andrew’s passion for technology has driven key innovations in the delivery of brokerage and valuation services in Barbados and across the region. Andrew is the leader of the Terra Group of companies including Terra Luxury and Blue Sky Luxury.

Hayden Hutton

The first real estate professional in Barbados to earn the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, Mr. Hutton possesses significant experience with a number of large-scale real estate developments. As a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and a RICS Registered Valuer, Hayden has extensive appraisal and consultancy experience and is recognized on the valuation panels of all the major regional financial institutions as well as HSBC (UK). He is also a member of the Barbados Estate Agents and Valuers Association (BEAVA).

Terra Caribbean acquires Bajan Services

In June 2008, Terra Caribbean acquired Bajan Services Limited in Barbados, a premier high-end brokerage and villa rental agency; and an affiliate of global real estate firm, Knight Frank.

Launch of Blue Sky Luxury

Blue Sky Luxury was launched as ‘The Holiday Home Experts in Barbados’ in November 2012. The original portfolio inherited from Bajan Services encompassed both luxury holiday rentals and luxury real estate sales. The increasing value and importance of our luxury holiday rentals business led to a new dedicated approach and the launch of Blue Sky Luxury.

In July 2013, Terra Caribbean was officially regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS); a world-renowned and respected professional body that monitors, guides and assists firms to comply with rules, regulations and ethical standards.
