If you were to take a poll, and ask - “What’s the difference between furnished, appliances only and unfurnished?” - you will get a myriad of answers. Funnily enough, even though each answer will vary there lies a bit of truth in each one. The definition of these terms will vary from property to property, but I have broken down the essentials that you need to know.

These two departments of the Terra Group work very closely together.   Blue Sky Luxury is the holiday rental side of the business and they rent properties tailored to holiday rental stays.  Terra Luxury is the West Coast brokerage side of the business that rents long term rental properties as well as buying and selling of real estate. 

Everyone’s first is a little awkward … right?

At the stroke of midnight on 1^st January 2019, I said to myself that this is the year I will buy my first home. Since I moved to Barbados, I have rented a total of 9 properties. Never have I felt settled.  Never have I felt good about paying rent and upkeeping someone else’s home when I knew that it wasn’t mine.
