Betty began her career in 2000 as a Senior Manager at Terra Caribbean/Ernst & Young, where she provided financial and advisory services to real estate developers across the Caribbean. She later gained valuable hands-on development experience managing the transition of a luxury resort from construction to full operation.

Since rejoining Terra Caribbean in 2016, Betty has been a key member of the Terra Luxury team, working closely with clients to find their ideal property—whether that’s a beachfront home on the West Coast or a quiet retreat in one of Barbados’ most sought-after neighborhoods. She has also successfully guided some of the firm’s most complex and high-profile landmark transactions.
